These guys are 100% fantastic, I PREVIOUSLY used Aire-Serv who made the issue worse, took 2 days, they sent a young tech out who I watched to learn and see, which at that point was my electric heater-a/c unit in the Attic. A full 2 days, the young tech had to call an experienced tech to come, who made some unsafe modifications, and then left. After 2 days, the young tech, just walked out my home, and not nicely telling me to call an electrician, while leaving it not fixed. The issue was the heater wasn’t working, the a/c was fine. AND in the process of attempting to fix the unit in the attic, set off a bunch of fireworks. AIR CREATION’s techs, took 1 look, saw the messed up and unsafe work in the attic. Put that right, went to the heater outside breakers, and immediately saw the new heater breaker’s wires were not stripped well at all, and the wires leading into the breaker were just inserted, and not connected properly!!! AIR CREATION’s techs, and the owner Judas, the staff, the techs, were/all just honest and top of the line. ALWAYS USE “CREATION HEATING AND COOLING”. The techs were here in 30 minutes after I gave them the go!! Took them a total of 1-2 hours, and 100% fixed, made safe, and now I have the peace of mind of all the work CREATION did, was completely made ALL the unit in the attic and the entire breaker panel IS SAFE. Thank you CREATION!!!
